Meeting Times: 7:30 pm every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.

(One exception:  the 4th Friday of December there is no meeting)

SCRIPTURAL BASIS

Ephesians 4:11-12 "And He gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ..."

I Peter 4:10 "As everyone has received the gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God."

I Corinthians 12:10 "But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all."

I Corinthians 14:31 "For you may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted."

PURPOSE

The Apostle Paul desired that every member of the Body of Christ become mature in the use of spiritual gifts.

The School of the Prophetic was established to provide, in a safe environment, the training and encouragement most believers need to discover and begin to use their spiritual gift/s.

GOALS

To train and encourage God's people to operate in their spiritual gifts as the Holy Spirit leads, especially those whom The Lord has called and anointed to lead/serve others.

To be a supportive resource for churches and ministries desiring to release the fulness of the Holy Spirit in their people.


KEEPING A RECORD

An important aspect of accountability in prophetic ministry is to have a witness, or a record, of all prophecies given. This is one of the key elements taught by the school.

At the school, all personal prophecies are audio taped. This protects both the prophet and the recipient of ministry. In the event of a misunderstanding, the tape provides an impartial record of what was actually said.

The school provides an audio tape copy of each personal prophecy to the recipient before the end of each meeting.

With an audio tape in their possession, participants are able review the prophecy given to them, and can also submit the ministry they received to the leaders of their own churches.

We encourage pastors to visit the school, or to contact us with their questions.

ABOUT THE MEETINGS

Normally, meetings start with a time of thanksgiving, praise, and worship, followed by instruction, then activation, and finally a time for prophetic ministry.

Participants have ample opportunity to ask questions, receive instruction, and both give and receive prophetic ministry. The emphasis is on the revelational, power, and vocal gifts.

Our "learn by doing" format helps build the confidence of each participant in the use of their gifts.

There is no charge to attend the school. A free will offering is taken during each meeting.
