In 2010, Our Time

I will test the hearts of men

We face a time of great possibilities.  In a time when fear and unstableness grips the nation, we know one thing for sure.  Our God is able to see us through.  We won't be swayed by voices of doubt and unbelief.  Many disheartening things will grip the nations but know this -- the Kingdom of God will advance in many areas.

We are moving into a new season of trust and reliance upon the One who can keep us.  The revival meetings were a good push in 2009 and steered the Church in the right direction, but you will have to fight to keep what you received during those times and don't get caught looking at those who don't seem to want growth and refreshing in their lives.

We know there are mixed feelings about where God is getting ready to take us.  Some will not want to pass over into the territory that God has intended for us to possess.  You will have to forget about a lot of things that happened to you the last two years in order to grab hold of what God has in store for you this coming year.  There is a threshold that must be crossed in order to go through the new doors of opportunities placed before us.  Whatsoever you find yourself doing, do it heartily as unto the Lord.

Isaiah 10:27 - "Burdens shall be taken away and destroyed because of the anointing." I will test the hearts of men.  It will be a season of not leaning to your own understanding.  A time of restructuring and refurbishing will take place.  Whoever tries to save himself will lose.  It will not be accomplished by might or by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord.  Some long standing burdens will be lifted off of God's people.  Visions will be restored back to the churches.

We move into great victories in spiritual and financial areas.  Great strides will be made and we will reach some goals that we have set in times past.  Reaping season is upon us.  A fresh move of the Spirit will descend upon the church and an outpouring of the blessings of the Lord shall come upon us.  Greater soul-searching for the heart of God will take place.

A sinister plot of the devil has been unleashed upon the saints and many are listening to wrong voice, which is causing them to fall into snares that they can't get out of.  They will replace God's word with other words.  You will continue to see a falling away of many who once were strong in the Lord.  They have decided to stay on the other side and not pass over.  It's time to pass over to the other side.  To obtain the fullness of the Spirit, you must get on the right side.  God is shaping His church for greater advancement.

Don't get caught looking at the economy and what is trying to be done to fix it.  Let God fix us and He will take care of the rest.  The economy will not collapse.  The market place will survive and thrive in 2010.  It will be a prime time for God's people to excel.  The church will have opportunities to reach out into some areas that have been shut up before.  Some will find talents they didn't know they had.

We will experience a new fresh move of God with a greater capacity of worship -- a fresh sound of worship from the heart.  The new face of the Church will emerge upon the scene.  You will have to guard against a retire spirit and believe for a re-fire spirit.  The Word cannot get into the future generation unless it is released to them from the present generation.  Just as Sampson rose up and broke the shackles of the enemy and destroyed their plots, so men of God everywhere will have to rise up, shake off the heavy bands of the enemy, let God renew their passion and hunger, and release the Word of God to those that are ready to carry it on.  God will test the hearts of men in 2010!
